  Recently moved our house contents from Perth to the U.K. Fabulous service received and I really cannot recommend them more highly. From getting a quote to the point of pick up, my e-mails were answered the same day, if not within a few hours by Denise, who I dealt with throughout. They were super flexible with collection time and day (which I changed a couple of times) and turned up on the minute to collect my goods, which were wrapped carefully and with minimal disruption. I did not have a forwarding delivery address until I had been in the UK for a couple of weeks and again, this was not an issue. Would not dream of using a company other than Transglobal Shipping when we relocate to Perth again in 2019.

  Today we received another beautiful email saying that we have to pay over 1000 Euros handling fee!!! This is over 50% of what we have paid already and of course this is our fault again because the contract says there were expected some fees at the destination. How come, nobody knows how high the costs are!!!?? We are not talking about a 22'' container but about 5cubic metres!!

  Please stay away from this company if you want to avoid huge extra costs and a lot of stress. It's not worth it at all!!! Moving is stressful and expensive enough.

  I arranged for my goods to be uplifted from storage with specific instructions to pack everything with the exception of 6-7 specified items. I have recently gone through the contents and have noted at least three items missing that were not packed. Including items specifically mentioned on the inventory list to be packed. I am now relocated outside of Perth and the company is advising that they are not going to cover the cost to complete the job as originally quoted. This has turned into an incredibly stressful operation. I have given two stars as the items shipped were packed well and arrived undamaged and in good condition. But I would expect at a minimum that when everything is to be shipped it doesn't mean that everything that they have the time to pack will be packed. Its also incredibly disappointing to discover that amongst these items my framed university degree was left behind. I won't be recommending this company.

  The staff are friendly and the service is really good. From dealing with the office staff, right through to the packing and moving crew, overall great experience. I recommend anyone moving to give Transglobal a call.

  This has been a nightmare from the very beginning. The quotation was done and the guys who collected the stuff were fine but then it all started. First we were asked to pay an extra $600 to the contract we had paid before. Denise who we have been dealing with said we packed more than we were supposed to, fair enough BUT before packing those extra things we had asked the guy to make a phone call to the office and ask about the cost. The office said it was ok so the guys packed our bikes into huge boxes(they had been dissambled and would have fit into one box) A couple days later we received an email from our friend Denise informing us about these additional charges and that if we do not pay, we can collect the boxes from Fremantle.

  Outstanding service! I recently moved with Transglobal Shipping and Storage. Their team was so helpful from getting a quote - very competitive - to pick up and delivery. David Spray was terrific to deal with and Mohammad and his team were so careful and knowledgeable in the move. Everything was packed so carefully, delivered very efficiently and with a smile. Top job, highly recommended!!
