  I rang from the eastern states and requested that Chess storage look in my deceased Mother's boxes and remove bric a brac such as toasters etc but leave me with all the larger items such as furniture and decorative items to be delivered to my Grandmothers house. I trusted my relationship with Chess Storage due to the many years they had stored my mothers items. When the boxes were delivered they were missing an antique desk and an expensive horse sculpture. I complained and I was informed that the items had been thrown in the bin. I have since discovered that Chess storage sends items to Todd's Auctions where they receive the proceeds.

  Muhommed and Qasim were both courteous and efficient and arrived exactly on time! They did an excellent job moving our goods into the house and cleaned up any packing materials they could.
